- This agreement may be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice period in writing to the other party in case of a material breach of agreement and continuing default of the same, despite the aggrieved party seeking a redressal of issues as per the agreement.
- Upon termination of this agreement, both parties shall honour their respective commitments made under this agreement and uphold the transactions which have already been completed prior to the date of termination.
